So I spent over an hour writing this blog earlier only to lose it. I am going to try again. First, I would like to apologize for my brief disappearance. My account expired and it took me awhile to resubscribe for another year due to all the chaos in my life right now. I will get to that in a moment. Now that I am back for another year, I am going to try to write more regular blogs and get back to my original style of having translations with them. I have just been so busy as of late that has been impossible. So on to a lengthy update. I will try not to bore you too much.
Well, tomorrow I am picking up the birthday cake and party supplies for my stepson Brandon's 5th birthday. He will be five on Thursday. I cannot believe how fast time has passed. It seems like yesterday that I moved into this house with his father and the rest of his family. He was barely talking and still in diapers. Now almost 3 years later, I am momma Jen and he is getting ready to start preschool. It makes me want to tear up a little.
My baby is growing up. His father Pezmaster and I decided to spoil him this year since his birthday is just a few days away from Easter holiday in the U.S. We bought him a PowerWheels police motorcycle with real lights and sirens and a fort with a real working phone and kitchen made out of cedar wood to play with outside. We are also taking him this weekend to "Jump Kraze" a local place where kids go to jump around in inflatable houses for hours on end. It won't be any fun for momma Jen, but seeing Brandon and Pezmaster have fun will make the day very special to me.
Oh, and did I forget the chocolate Spongebob cake we specially ordered Brandon complete with chocolate ice cream on the side? Yes, my son is a chocoholic like his mother.
He is becoming spoiled too! Can you tell? Here is a picture of Brandon and I that was taken last week before my monthly trip to Charleston. As usual he refused to smile for the camera. It must be a boy thing.
Brandon and I
Other than preparing for Brandon's birthday this week, I finished my 7th course in graduate school with an "A." I decided after some persuasion from Pezmaster to take a 90 day leave of absence after this course for two reasons. One, it completely stressed me out and Jen was not a fun girl.
Two, we are preparing to move into our house next week. So we both need all the energy will can get to move into our first home as a family. I did accomplish a lot this week concerning the house. I bought almost everything we needed to make it a decorated home and I did it all by myself with no help from my family.
I am very proud of my independence. I have supported myself since I was sixteen. I am just glad that now I am with someone who loves me enough to help a little. I will keep everyone updated on the moving progress as it happens. As of now, we are supposed to be moving into our new home on the 12th of April. Finally!
Also while finishing school and furnishing a home, I managed to make my poetry book into an Ebook. In two to four weeks it will be listed in Apple's IBookstore for purchase. I am so excited that they even listed it much let alone are going to have it in their library. So currently you can buy three formats. They are a hardcover, a softcover, and a Adobe Digital Editions version. Soon enough though it will be available to Ipad and Iphone users to enjoy. So far I have sold ten copies which is quite an accomplishment, but I hope with the new listings my sells vwill sky rocket. I am also waiting on listing approval from Barnes and Noble for the Nook. So we will see what happens. For those of you who like poetry you can purchase my book at two different locations. One, is directly from the publisher and two is from Amazon.com. I will provide links below.

Now on to the rest of the update. Earlier this week, I made my monthly visit to Charleston. Remember my friend Jessy who I am trying to convince to join the site? Well, we were contacted by a producer who is doing a "Hello Kitty" documentary in West Virginia. They are interested in us being a part of the action. We had to answer tons of questions and give them a plethora of pictures depicting our love for "Hello Kitty" and of course each other. I even told them about the tattoo I got in honor of my friendship to Jessy. For those of you who have not see it, then I will post a picture of it. I will also post some pictures of me and Jessy together. This time with clothes on!

Also, while in Charleston I had a bit of an adventure with Pezmaster and our vehicle. To be quite honest, it is a wonder we were not in a horrible accident. We were going down the interstate about 70mph when our tires just started falling apart into pieces. There was no warning. No blowout. Nothing. We waited on the side of the road for over an hour before a good Samaritan named Shawn stopped to help us. We had to break one of the lugnuts off our old tire to get it off and then put on the spare. So today Pezmaster bought a new lugnut, a tire, and a four way tire tool. Here is a picture of the tire. It is scary still to look at it.
The Tire of Death
Oh I almost forgot. I also have a new look. It is called "Iceberg." I love it. The bottle was purple, but it turned out something completely different. What do you guys think?
Jen's New Look
Ok, it appears as if I have written a novel, which was completely not my intention. So I am going to wrap things up here. Things in my life are great and I couldn't be happier. Yes, there are things that can be improved on, but everything takes time. I am sure all the worrying and bad times will pay off in the end. I am still selling AVON and enjoying every minute of it. I am watching the anime "Hell Girl" and loving it as well. I have no complaints.
Let's hope this good mood continues.....

if your 3 other tires are the same brand and model of the one that broke, i would change them all for safety
That tire incident sounds a bit nerve racking. Good to read that it ended up well.
