As promised, I said I would write a blog as soon as I returned from my pre-birthday celebration weekend. I left for Charleston of Tuesday night. Then on Wednesday, I had an awesome dinner at a Mexican restaurant with my best friend Jessy. We got so drunk. I was drunk on both margaritas and on sugar. Alcohol and desserts are not good for diabetics. I was a bad girl. Ooops.
I was celebrating, so it was alright.
The only bad part of the evening was that the owners of the restaurant charged me and
Pezmaster for the entire group of people which showed up. There was like eight of us. We only wanted to pay for us and Jessy. So in the end, we paid $90 for food and margaritas. I found out later that the rest of the group was charged the same thing. So the restaurant charged all of us for the whole group twice.
Oh well, it was worth it. Here are some pictures.

After recovering from the birthday celebrations of the night before, we left for Huntington, WV, to go to Tsubasacon 2011. A local anime convention that we attend each year. This was my second year in attendance and I had a blast. I bought tons of Pocky, Pretz, Manga, met new friends, caught up with some old friends from high school, and just enjoyed hanging out with a bunch of geeks. Here are some pictures from Tsubasacon 2011.
In other news, my 30th birthday is tomorrow. I am starting to get excited about it. I am requesting birthday cards from SG members. I also have an amazon wishlist if anyone checks it out. Also, I have a paypal account if anyone would like to give a monetary gift. A girl can dream right? Below you will find my address for those interested in sending me a card. Homemade ones are appreciated as well. You will also find a link to my wishlist and my paypal information. I love you all.
