Since my internet is still acting up, I am going to just post a short poem for all of you to enjoy. Once the internet gets repaired and actually lets me load pages without waiting 15-20 minutes, I will write a more updated blog. My Easter is going well, but I have a very busy week next week. So I will have plenty to write about after the repairman comes on Monday or Tuesday. I would love to get some constructive criticism on my writing so feel free to do so. Until my return, I hope everyone is well!
Oh and yeah, I noticed a lot of the members on here are getting Facebook pages. I am on Facebook as well. If anyone wants to befriend me on there as well, then I will include a link before the poem. I also have a fan page for the book on poetry that I have published. I will include a link for it as well. Sadly, at the moment I do not have many fans. Does that mean, I suck? I guess you guys can be the judge after I post the poem. It is by the way included in my book
As for Facebook itself, can be quite addicting. I am on there a lot more as a recent. It tends to load a little faster for me, than SG because it has less pictures. Anyhow, I am rambling again. Here is the link for all of you that are interested. The poem will follow!

Now for the actual poem. It is actually one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy and like I said, feel free to comment.
THE EFFECT OF A BROKEN HEART
In my head I feel an ache,
One that stems from a heart that breaks.
My mind seems to wonder what went wrong,
or why the pain lasts for so long.
Stabbing, Bleeding, Torn Apart...
A blackened mass remains-
Just one small piece of a broken heart
inside a shattered chest cave.
Now the pain increases, the Soul begins to die.
The body becomes weak, and the eyes start to cry.
A life now Crumbles, and falls to the floor.
All because of a love that lasts no more.
Much Love,
Jen

And that poem is beautiful...hauntingly painful, but beautiful
