just start to clean stuff.. put on some tunes and bleach in between the bathroom tiles..

that is one of the best mind clearing exercises there is.. your mind will drift off into random topics or you'll be too focused on defeating grime to worry about being insecure..

Easier said than done. But everything happens for a reason, if you see him again it was fate, if not it wasnt meant to be but rather a lesson to act on your gut instinct at first perhaps?
