Is it like when I call to cancel one of those programs on my credit card and don't get a confirmation # or the name of the person I am speaking with, only to see the charge again the next month, call back and have them deny they spoke to me, and ask if I got a confirmation #. and I say to myself out loud, "damn, you sure are fucking stupid" just giving my money away.
