I think I might have found the solution to smoking: I quit 4 days ago and whenever I get the cigarette craving I go floss and brush my teeth instead. I never want to smoke when I have a fresh clean mouth, it's perfect for replacing that after-eating cigarette, you are switching a bad habit with a good one and it satiates the oral fixation and anti-social triggers because you get to go be alone in the bathroom and put your fingers in your mouth.

When i was giving up every time i wanted a drag i'd take a line of coke instead. Smoking is no longer a problem. But your idea was good too.
