I think both Rubio and Paul will decline to run.  They are both young, they will have time.  Rubio has to form a palatable immigration policy, and Paul has said he does not want it right now. Yes, Antony and Cleopatra was not planned.  McCoullough wrote in the afterword to The October Horse she was finished.  She responded to the fans of the series, wrote one more, and retired.
