I have been in limbo...I have come to the conclusion that I am a workaholic. That's not necessarily a bad thing. I'm super busy...I'm now booking 3-5 weeks out pretty consistenly. We're up to 6 artists in the shop now...I have a kick ass schedule that allows lots of freedom...and I'm still making the most of all the artists in the shop. Who rules? That'd be me. It's just nice to be getting lots of referals from happy clients...Someday I'll even update my online portfolio. Hehe.

I need to start a new business. I love tattooing, but it would be nice to have another source of income that isn't purely commission based. I have a couple ideas, and they are all artistic in nature. Seriously need to think on this some more.

Closed the shop at 10...Sat around with Stephanie (piercing apprentice) looking at suicidegirls.com till midnight...went out into the parking lot after locking up. Talked for awhile and finally left the parking lot at 3:30am. Damn, she's one really cool, intelligent and funny girl...and she's incredibly hot.

I've been drawing a bunch of portraits lately...I'm trying to get to a point where I'm happy with my drawing of people's faces...Once I'm there I'll be giving away some free portrait tattoos so I can have some for my portfolio...then I can charge for em.

Went out with the wife tonight to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith...what a fun movie. God, I've missed going out places.

I just watched the first 6 episodes of Firefly on DVD...Man, what an amazing show. Too bad everything that Joss Whedon does gets cancelled...He's a genius though! Saw Batman Begins earlier today...Amazing. I loved it...dark and gritty the way Batman should be.
