Good morning it is 0530 and I am up getting myself ready to take a Real Estate Exam for the 3rd time. There are two portions, 1) The National, and 2) The AZ State. You must pass both portions in order to get your Real Estate License. Well, I passed the AZ State portion but I didn't pass the National. This will be my 3rd time at $90 an exam. I have completed all the other requirements except to pass this portion of the exam. I have really been in the books and I should have no problem passing, all I need is 75%. People here I go. My exam is at 10:00 am. I will let you all know what happens. If it is meant to be it will be!
