Haven't slept in a couple of days and I need to crash in a big way... We just finished our Cancer Society 24 hour Relay For Life event (started yesterday morning at 10 am... ended today at 10 am); it rained like crazy and I stayed on my feet the whole time, but had a good time anyway.
My girl Jenny's team raised quite a bit of money, and her teammates and my friends (who helped chaperone) were all awesome. Being around all these incredible people makes my at-home life very lonely; when I am on the road or on one of these events, or working with a big crew, etc., things are great, but then my down time becomes very solitary. Sometimes that's okay, but the transition from being around so many friends/cool people to my working from home alone thing is pretty hard. Kissesnkittylix came yesterday and was great, as usual
. Have more to say, but not thinking too clearly at the moment; need to crash... working in New Jersey tomorrow and I still have to unpack all my wet, rained-on gear before I finally get some sleep... More later... 
Added Tuesday May 24th: Jersey was Jersey; gotta get some sleep now that I have an unexpected day off. My beautiful girl Jill just called me; she has to decide between staying on the Martin Scorcese film she is working on, or leave to work on Mission Impossible 3... good problem to have.
