My messages are being wonky &won't let me reply, but I'll say this: especially with a dog, it'll probably be easiest to find a place you like by searching Craigslist &the rentals section of OregonLive.com (which has all the listings from the local paper's classifieds, only online). An independently operating landlord has a lot more flexibility than most management companies, &you can get some really rad deals!
