on the day-before-scope menu today (sigh):

normal breakfast (although i think it will be gentler than normal)

then after 12noon,

apricot jello
peach jello
lemon jello
(i also have grape and orange if that's not enough variety)
clear chicken broth
grape ginger ale (have you tried this? it's good)
regular ginger ale

then at 6pm...it's all about the Colyte...
