No new condo updates. Just sitting in escrow. We filled out this repair request and request for more disclosure information to the Seller today. Still waiting for the loan stuff to get finalized. I decided I'm not going to flip out about it anymore. If it works out fine; if not fine. That is my new attitude about this situation. Anyway the escrow target date is December 19. Right around the corner so we'll find out soon enough. Wow this happened so fast!
