Sometimes it really sucks being the one in charge. I love my job, but I can't make everyone who works for me happy. That's really hard since I am a fucking people pleaser. I really need to get a hold on this. It keeps ruining my day knowing I can't doing anything to fix the problem. A business has to run. If times are slow I don't need twenty people to open and close. I need me and one other person. To bad! Find another job! But don't be mad at me, it's not my fault.
