The left one is your name in cursive Tengwar Quenya. Tengwar is the lettering Tolkien invented for use with his languages. Quenya is his most popular and refined language, one of the four elvish tongues. The movie used primarily Sindarin, the everyday language of the elves. Quenya is a more ceremonial language. The cursive writing is based on the inscription used on the ring.
The left is just D-A-W-N. There is also the Quenya word for "dawn", which is "ra". So that would be your elvish name.
You can use this site to translate Quenya. You can download Tengwar fonts from here. However, the fonts don't map with the keyboard correctly, so you have to use this site to get the right ASCII codes. It will also show you pictures of different words if you use "PNG", but it doesn't have cursive.
