last week was really hard,a lot of work to do and since yesturday i had a really bad pain in my lower back...fuck im getting old so fast!! lol

the new radioshow of mine is available for download and online stream,this time is almost one hour about Hardcore and Punk,some bands singing in spanish some other in english.i just made a flyer
