So Devin sent me an e-mail with his diet and workout plan. It's a 45 page booklet that includes a 7day plan to loose 10 pounds but, here's the deal, I have to eat tilapia fish and asparagus stalks 5 times a day and eat 6 egg whites and a cup of oatmeal for breakfast after I do a cardio workout. What made this even less appealing were the pictures and discriptions of how he eats these meals. Mashing up eggwhites with oatmeal makes me want to yak! So I'm subing the fish with chicken, and i like asparagus, so I'll stick with that.
