Anyone out there doing Insanity knows how crazy it is! I'm at the end of week 2 and about to do Cardio Recovery... It's the worst because you have to hold yoga poses! I curse Shawn-T when I'm going them. I love it! It's really nice to have a personal motivator right there talk me through it. I know that I can do more by following the workout schedule and doing the crazy workouts. I'm sweating bullets all the way through but I love it! My friend, Clayto, is coming down today and we are going to do the workout at Vermillion Falls! I'm looking forward to it.
