I fucking hate uni anyway. It's just so artificial and it's just an exercise in regurgatation! It's doing my head in.
Jack Rose was fucking amazing last night. Made me want to lock myself in bed room and not come out until i can play guitar that well.
I'm getting really excited about All Tomorrows Parties now!!!! THROBBING GRISTLE!!!! I've asked everyone for the Throbbing Gristle box set for chrimbo now. That would be amazing. There's no way i'll get it but it would be awesome. Imagine-i could play TG all day!!! Throbbing Gristle or the Queen's speach? well probaby the Queen's speach... At my family's we are all made to stand up for the Queen's speach-in respect of some dead auntie who liked everybody to stand. it's so ridiculous. I met her when i was a baby and was probably crying anyway. Everybody stands, except for me-well because you know-i'm such a rebel!! I would probably play the Sex Pistols-we're they not shit.
Instead i'll probably just get bought some un-vegan chocolates or clothes that i don't like as usual-bless! My mum went through a phase of thinking that i liked Marilyn Manson! No idea where she got that from. She went to HMV and told the shop assistant that i liked 'wierd' music! Bless her! It would be amazing if everyboy receved exeactly what they really wanted.
So so so so excited about ATP!!! Bird Blobs, Wolf Eyes, the Fall, Violent Femes, Lightning Bolt, Trail of the dead....it's gonna be amazing (and freezing!) The Slint one has completly sold out now That's well annoying. I really wanted to go but we bought tickets for this one before we knew about the Slint one. It's sold out and no other band has confirmed which is crazy! I'm sure they will pick amazing bands but even so. I might try and dig my way in! It's actually pretty easy to get in without a ticket-it's just trying to get down to the South Coast?! My car wouldn't make it. *Grr*
