I like to cook and try new things I haven’t done before or didn’t successfully make before. Tonight I made my own Alfredo sauce. First time I made it it was ok but a little grainy. Used pre shredded cheese. This time I grated Gruyere and Parmesan to add to my butter and heavy cream. Used fresh garlic and some Italian seasoning in it also. This time was a success. Baked chicken thighs with the Italian seasoning and some fettuccine noodles for my own chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Not everything turn out right but I learn from every mistake. Tonight I am pleased with what I made. Fresh ground cheese is the key.
