Well I didn’t know it was national bourbon day till a friend of mine told me, so cheers to all you bourbon lovers. Finishing off my bottle of Blanton’s for this great day.

I went skydiving for the first time today. It was a Christmas gift from a friend. Got to do a tandem jump from 18000 feet. Absolutely the best adrenaline rush I have had and definitely something I can see myself doing again. Jumped in Titusville Florida which is close to Kennedy space center is located.

For all those of us not getting the V or the D today. Take some time to do something for yourself that you enjoy. Doesn’t have to be couples enjoying today. Sit back relax, have a good drink, fancy meal, or just relax and watch a good show. Enjoy the peace that comes without the drama.

Day 24 and final day of the advent is Diplomatico Seleccion De Familia, 43% by volume. This is the second Diplomatico from this advent. I smell toffee and some fruitiness to it. Day 23 is Clement Rhum Vieux Agricole Select Barrel, 40% by volume. Has a sweet aroma and also smells familiar but I’m not able to place it. Crisp taste, almost like a white wine in a way to me if that makes sense, clean and mellow finish.
