Woohoo, Mom is coming to town! It has been entirely too long since I have seen her. Then we are off to pick up my son in the morning.
I bought him a nice loft bed yesterday through Craigslist. I got a very good deal, though it was a pain in the ass to take it apart, get it down from an 8th floor dorm room, somehow I fit it in my car with the mattress, then I had to put it back together again. All in all 8 hours of work but well worth it. It must have been comic to see me driving home yesterday or rather the mattress.
Looking forward to some time off.
