been waiting two years for a promotion, been given bull about "hiring freezes" and "no promotions this year"
So i started looking for another job! I found one, When i tell my bosses I got it, the make an announcement that the guy under me, whom I have worked at the job longer than, will be getting a promotion, and Its been In the works for a few months............
