Okay, so I was training last night and this kid goes for a takedown on me and when I grabbed his shoulder I missed and only grabbed with my thumb. So trying to oppose the oncoming force of what was approximately 145lbs hell bent on throwing me to the ground with only a thumb on one shoulder does not work too well. So now my thumb is all puffy and retarded and I tried to workout this morning and only made it worse (smart, I know) and I'm just not sure if I'm going to train at all tonight. I feel like a bum and I'm even having trouble typing this. So lesson learned. When you go to grab somebody, don't mess around - FUCKING GRAB THEM!!!
