endlessly

So here I sit in Columbus frikking Georgia. Got here Thursday night after an eight hour drive and was told by post lodging they had no available rooms so I should go find a hotel and I would be reimbursed for it later. Well, we'll see about that. After driving around for about another hour and visiting I think six different hotels that were all full I finally got a room. Went upstairs, took a much needed shower and collapsed on the bed. Turned on the TV to relax and the new WILLY WONKA came on. Perfect end to an otherwise pretty crappy day.

It's freaking hot here kids. Well, I guess it's not so hot as it is humid. And, it's supposed to rain like everyday this week. Oh well, start in-processing on Monday. I'm told that since I'm permanent party I should get shuffled through it pretty quickly. Good news. Other than that, I'm just hanging in the hotel for the weekend soaking up the A/C. Wish I knew somebody to hang out with here, but all in good time. Talk to you later.
