So the 'Pre-St. Patty's Day St. Patty's Day Shindig' was pretty much a success (though it was missing Pagz and Big A...always key ingredients for a par-tay) even though I was too exhausted to enjoy it much. That is what you get after cooking for like 2.5 days straight. The only things we ate that I didn't make by hand were the potato chips and alcohol.

Here what was on the menu:
- Guinness Batter Fish and Chips (Chippy Shop style)
- Irish soda bread
- Irish stew (cooked in a slow cooker for 2.5 days)
- Scratch cupcakes with homemade Bailey's flavoured buttercream icing
AND
-Irish flag jello (which ended up getting stirred up and looking like a rainbow vomited)

Lovely Miss Liz was kind enough to bring me some Lucky Charms and canned Chippy shop mushy peas. We watched Boondock Saints (which *kicks* so much freaking ass). All in all good times were had by all. I ended up falling asleep at like ten past one...so tired...oh so tired. I am however paying for it today, with the terrible indigestion and mild hangover. Grrrr.

Well I must rush off to eat me Lucky Charms before my lil' brudder (who is visiting for Spring Break with my Dad) tries to eat them...forcing me to break off his hands and feed them to him.
