Doing work actually makes u feel good. Its great.
Cos otherwise u feel guilty, and depressed cos its not gonna be done in time, and yes its true if i dont do anywork then i blatently will fail, and its this knowledge that pushes me on to do the work, and then i feel good after. Weird how the system works.
Its also nice being able to reward ur self for doing the work, so when u do have a break it def is a well deserved one!
Im going to a netball meeting now, so hopefully that will be cool.
Im working tonight too, its a new gay night called Rainbow Lounge. There are loads of us working it though, and i really dont think they will need so many, cos the last 1 only brought in about 200 people i think. and u dont need 8 bar staff to serve 200 people. Oh well, we will just have to wait and see what happens.

After two or three days off work I go stir crazy... even if I'm writing or spending the time going out and doing things and spending time with people...
then when I get back to work all the tireless, thankless and purposeless work I do do makes me feel... I don't know... fulfilled.
Perhaps it's the Midwest German blood that makes me work like a mule and appreciate it, even if it is for the evils of corporate America.
Have you read any of the Mayfair Witches?
