I've been really shattered over the past few days due to PMT and I've been having nightmares again. I thought only kids got nightmares? It's all very strange that ever since I moved down here (Swansea) in September to start Uni I've been having bouts of bad sleep and a lot of nightmares. I hadn't had nightmares before then since I was a child.
It would be understandable if I was having a really rough time of it, but I'm not - I'm happier than I've been in years and the happiest I've been since I left home almost 5 years ago. Maybe this is the past 5 rather rough years coming back to haunt me?
