So I have worked with two local suppliers for clothing printing. I wanted to keep the business local and it was easier for me to collect the items.
On both occasions I have been let down maybe it's a printers thing but I get very little of any contact from them and I have to do all the chasing when deadlines are missed.
I rely on suppliers hitting the deadlines I give them to effectively run my business smoothly.
If i was going to miss a deadline my customer would know on advance with a full and clear reason. Am I asking too much to get that back?
Two days later I am still chasing an update and what's worse is I have paid them upfront as per thier invoice rules.
I need to find reliable printers that I can trust and depend upon to deliver the goods on time.
Back to the drawing board it seems!
