I seriously just had the BEST customer service experience EVER.
My tmobile account has been a mess since October. Ive been fighting with people on the phones, in the stores, and online ever since then. Recently I got a bill for $167.10. My monthly fee should be $49.98. Needless to say I flipped out. Then on top of that, my actual phone stopped working. I cant hear people, they cant hear me. Totally lame.
So that brings me to tonight. I was having a very hard time hearing people and being heard on important phone calls, and no credit had been posted to my account, so I decided it was time for another call to the tmobile customer care 800 number. Every other time, Ive been routed to a call center in Texas, Arizona, or here. Tonight, I got an agent in Ontario Canada. Within 5 minutes on the phone she was sending me an expedited replacement handset (Ill have it by wednesday at the latest!!!), and posting $122.15 credit to my account, PLUS $15 credit for being nice and not yelling at her even though this has been an unsolved problem for over a month. She was so incredible. If another 4 years of Bush isn't reason enough, my tmobile experience has sealed it -- I want to move to Canada.
Anyway, I asked if I could talk to her supervisor and give her kudos for rocking so much, but he was on another phone call. She said I could wait, or get off the call at that point. I really wanted to give her kudos cause I know how cool that can be, but she said it was just a piece of paper and not really a big deal. So I got off the call. But now, I really feel like I should have waited to talk to the supervisor. Although she said it didnt matter, it does. Im thinking of calling back once I get my replacement phone and see the credit on my account and giving kudos then, so its like 2 different days of getting thanks, but I dont know. She was totally awesome.
And also, Ive forgotten her name. So even if I call back Ill be all... uhh the girl who helped me before...rocked....
