There are two spinning carousels which I placed too near each other and one spun around and the sharp corner of one screen rammed into the screen that I was using, tearing a big hole in it. Update. I blogged earlier about my Dad's fight against "the big C" and thought I would update about it. He's done his chemotherapy earlier this week. Apparently (for he's in the U.S. and I'm over here in the U.K.) he's doing well but a bit sick to his stomach. 2 more weeks and then we get a progress report from a doctor.

That's the cancer my Dad has lodged against his spinal chord. A bit of a bummer to say the least. He's had prostrate cancer for years now and has been doing really well at keeping it at bay, so this new cancer is a very unpleasant arrival.

Well, it's all pretty blah blah blah here. London is cold... but not apperently as cold as Poland was last weekend (my long-term partner just came back) and it was -28 degrees Celsius (that's like freezing your fucking body as you walk down the road!)
