I went for a walk this morning, I got to thinking that I haven't been walking for sooooo long, that's all I did on my trip, just chuck some stuff in a backpack and set off with very loose plans if any of where I was going to end up. So I set off today not really knowing where I was going to go but a bit into it I decided I'd walk to the next village to visit my Granddad's grave, something I don't do nearly enough. It got me thinking a lot, partly about where I live, it really has never registered me how close I am to the countryside, it is literally just at the end of my road, walking along the main road you can see for miles over fields and streams, it's beautiful, I should really go out and take some pics!
My chosen destination also took me on the exact route that I walked many many times 10 years ago right past my first love's old house. Speaking of that boy, I haven't seen him for years but for the last 2 weekends I have been spending some time with him, when we were younger we were really good friends for a long time as well as going out, it's weird how when we hang out now it's like we've never been apart, I think we even get on better now than we did back then. Good to know that some friendships can lay latent and ignored for so long and spring back to life as soon as they are dug up again!
I am aware of this being a photoless blog so far and we can't be saving that can we! Sooo here's the second instalment of random photo's from the world of Emma Treasure
