This is a plea for advice. Does anybody have any sleep expertise? Iāll try to be brief. Essentially, I always struggle to get to sleep. I listen to ASMR and chill music, I have mild tranquillisers, but sleep just doesnāt happen easy. My sleep patterns have always been chaos, no matter what I do.
Basically, yesterday I did EVERYTHING right. I got up in the morning, did plenty all day, a long and fast walk outside, hitting my goals, talking to people, eating right. My final coffee was early in the day, I took my meds early too, I hydrated, I had two hours with my phone completely off, I put my thoughts in a journal, I had a hot bath ā¦but I am still awake at 7:30am for fuck sake. Iāve never even been close to sleep tonight.
It was hard work getting back into the day time yesterday - I had to stay up more than 24h to achieve that. And literally the next day Iām awake all night again, and it means today is already gone now.
I donāt know what to do.
