Hello all....am back from new york i love it there so...and probably wont get back until thanksgiving. I had a perfectly lovely time....went to MOMA, the Jewish Museum...and covered the entirety of manhattan by foot and subway( a pedicure at Pinky's helped sooth my tired feet) Went to central park for the summer outdoor Phil Harmonic Orchestra concert. Had Burmese twice...mmmmm Mango Chicken with Cocunut rice and Cocunut pancake for desert....yummmm my favorite. Went to see Willy Wonka and the Island. Bought some very nice things and became increasingly jelous of my sister's good fortune. Her new apartment is at the "nexus of the Universe" at Broadway and 72nd....I wouldn't want to take it away from her...i just want to be there too. I'm also convinced that New Yorker's are the nicest people ... i feel safer there than in Las Vegas and at times even Minneapolis. I'm very lucky to be so close to my sister and it kills me to not live in the same city....hopefully some day i will....but in the mean time ... i have a great place to visit her at.
I'm sure there is a lot i'm missing ...but it just rolls into days of lovilness and contentment..
oh...and the best part was walking past Cindy Lauper!!!!! My childhood hero!
