So I found an amazing apt in Apple Valley off Pilot Knob Road and 142nd. its a 3 bed. 2 full bath. vaulted ceilings. big open kitchen. one underground heated parking spot (which i dont want, so it would be yours). complex has a hot tub. tanning. fitness center. free movie rental.
rent is $360 a person. plus basic utilities (electric internet cable).
first months rent free. second months rent has $250 taken off.
if you want more info msg me. I'm trying to move Feb 1st. this may seem soon to you, but all you need to move in is $45 dollars for your app fee... and then $33 dollars for your part of the security deposit. if youre interested in seeing pictures and what not, ill send you links.
i had two room mates... one failed to mention a disorderly conduct on his record and failed the background check. the other one is still interested but im willing to fill both rooms if i have two people.
