Greetings puny earthlings!
What a weekend, seemed to hold so much promise and yet I get to the end of it wondering where it all went, probably a good sign!
Meant to leave saturday to go to Canterbury for some sightseeing. But Saturday morning I had an appointment to get the old locks dealt with, appreciative gasps for attached photo thank you
After that I decided to get started on that littel recording project i discussed in my last blog. Orgasm worked out well, unfortunately sound rcording failed to materialise. Oh well, no such thing as a wasted orgasm!
Saturday night went out with friends and had far too much to drink. Short version is wound up in a bar listening to great 80's metal tunes. hey for anyone else interested yesterday i found a great 80s metal group on this site. So if you still have your Van Halen and Ozzy Osborne cds hidden away somewhere join up!
Today I slept so late the trip to Canterbury got cancelled entirely
Added to which I had to make the hungover trip to pick up the car I couldn't drive home the night before. Still, my day picked up as I received a very exciting message from my mate forcefield, (I'll respond soon 
) and I then managed to have another go at the recording, Thanks to Social for her pictorial assistance!Social And this time it worked, yay!! Now just need to figure out how to get it from my phone to my laptop.
Last point, On friday I got a package I have been hanging out for, a dvd collection of 24 BBC classic period dramas. Thomas Hardy, Charles Dickens, Jane Austen, Gaskell and Brontes, they're all in there. I hope some of you know how exciting this is.
