So this weeks homework from @penny is what helps you reignite your spark.
I am not going to lie, January is always a tough month for me, seasonal depression always gets me.
So inorder to decrease the chance of getting it this year i am pushing myself to stay active. I am building up my content and interacting with my followers. More so then i would normally this time of year.
I normally just sleep the whole month and that does not help.
Understanding how to love my body again and believe i am sexy and beautiful, by posting content that i know you guys love. This really helps my self esteem and gives me a real boost. I also like to make you guys happy too.
Doing my hair and makeup and just self care in general 100% helps. Dont get me wrong i still require my nap in the day as i need the beauty sleep :p
Over this past 12 months a lot has changed in my life and just taking a step back from life and learning to love myself and control my thoughts help to bring my spark back.
Now if i had the money i would go away and get some sunshine 🤣🤣 i do enjoy the sun, sea and beach.
