In light of taking a insane productivity course and forming good habits that will make me successful (buy Darren Hardy who is my mentor) I will take you through recently broken habits and newly formed habits.
Recently broken habits:
Quitting coffee & tea (caffeine over all)
Resolving fights in solitude
Chocolate bars
Restos
Not stressing about making enough ! To want money do not need money or seek it.
--> all these habits we're either making me fat, sad or poor. All changed for the better.
Recently implied or "trying to" imply habits
Early mornings to lead to productivity
normal Cam schedule
out door fitness regularly
Dog walks daily
Veganism (currently vegetarian)
---> These habits line up with my goals
I strongly believe in order to be anything in life you need to work for it, you need to change and adapt and always self improve or you'll become complacent. Being an Alpha Female complacent doesn't work for me at all.
