yeah no that doesnt include tips.. all tips are ours to keep... well I dont mind paying 50% because all of our equipment is quite expensive and it would cost a fortune to set up privately.. and they advertise and pay a receptionist and all that shit so you do get alot for your 50% ... biggrin
