house fell thru...inspection had some issues and after I got a quote for the work then they tell me they aren't going to negotiate any of the terms so I had to back out. So I am back to searching again 
and there is nothing out there not to mention I am out $400 for the inspection and it will be weeks to get my $1,000 dollar deposit back. GRRRRRR not a happy kitty right now.

I guess I used to try and only post when something cool or good was going on and never be a negative nancy but lately there isn't much.
