I am travelling from Philadelphia to Portland. So far these are my stops.
Tuscarora State Park, PA
Beallsville, Pa Madonna of the road
Mt. Washington, Pittsburgh PA
Primanti Bros Pittsburgh PA
Akron Skate Park Akron, OH
Tony Packo's Toledo OH
Hosteling International, Chicago, IL
Millennium Park Chicago IL
Museum of Science and Industry Chicago, IL
Sky Tower Chicago IL
Lunch at Big & Little's Chicago IL
Maybe Galena, IL

Here is where the trouble comes in. I've got nothing after this until the Grand Teton's and Yellowstone. Soo basically, if you live in Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Idaho or in case of alternative route that detours to my cousins in Colorado Springs (Missouri, Kansas, Colorado)..
What should I see?? Where's cheap good big meals?! Or if you live in the places above- What should I skip or change about the plans I have so far?!? Any help is welcome. Also- cheap places to stay! Any and all info is appreciated!!

Lol I can't help you with those other places. But get a hold of me when you're heading for Mt. Washington. We can ride the Gateway Clipper and then take the incline up to Mt Washington.

I used to live in Gardiner MT (the north entrance to Y-Stone.) I really recommend stopping there for a night or two. It's...unique. And if the Beartooth Highway is open that time of year (not sure when you're going) you should definitely take a drive on that. Of course, both might be out of your way...
