My new plan is to get my income tax check and get all of kitchen organizing, and cooking supplies and have my apartment looking super amazing. Things I am purchasing: Two sets (8) of new dishware so I can have more than a four place setting for dinner. A chef's rack for the kitchen. New pots and pans. An immersion blender, stand up mixer, food processor, a great decorative ladder to hold towels, all new kitchen linens, new bedding, some sexy dvds, a new vacuum, one of those heavy duty massagers they use at the nail salon to do leg massages, a nice massage chair for the bedroom, bakeware, crackle 24 piece set (nail polish), set of wine goblets, cake stand, baskets, buffet, rachael ray stoneware, ice cream maker, apothecary jars, tea kettle, snack dispensers, benches, closet organizer, cake decorating kits, marie antoinette hard cover picture book, napkin rings, stainless napkins.. ahh i am so excited I can't stop planning..
The point of the matter is this- I have looked into going to Europe, Asia, etc. through Sg- couch surfing. And haven't had the money/time. But now, I think a great way to get to know some SG members who I might wanna couch surf with, is to offer up my home first. So once it's good and organized and I can have some great guests, I am gonna open my home to people trying to couchsurf Philly. The train is on my street, literally 2 minute walk. Which goes directly to center city. I am a 5 minutes from the airport. and I have a love seat with two recliners in it, and a couch with two recliners in it, so if need be, a few people could crash.
