Basically my week looks like this:
Tonight: showing a (the?) house to a couple who also has to one to sell.
Thursday: buyer consultation w/new client (one of the ones I met Sunday).
Friday: showing a house to another couple, who I actually had a completely embarrassing run-in with a few weeks ago--guess it made them remember me
Meaning: I see a commission check in the near future. Get dollars.
Also this, way old school:
