Last night we had movie night.. We watched Wedding Crashers - Not very good. Started off pretty funny but it seemed to drag from about 40 minutes in until the end. It was really weird the movie is 128 minutes long (thanks IMDB) but it seemed 3 hours long...
Oh well it was good to spend the time with the family - even though the kids bailed about half way through - there smart - NO LIKEY=ME LEAVY....
Trying to find a used Nikon D50 (with lens) because I think that the lenses are compatible with my 35MM Nikon..
We have an old Panasonic digital camera which is fine for point and shoot but I would like to get back into doing some cool photography again which is pretty much out of the question digitally with what I have.

The only thing you need to be aware of is that most digital SLR camera bodies do not have full frame sensors. The ccd's are small er than a 35mm film frame so you have what is a called a conversion factor on digital cameras. A 50mm lens on a 35mm film SLR will not be a 50mm lens on a digital SLR...more like 75 or 80mm.
I don't know much about the D50 since i haven't used Nikon in a while.
