i just slipped and fell in the dog poop pen

onto the wooden platform at the bottom of the ramp

i now have a massive bruise forming down my forearm

got paid $150 for babysitting yesterday. In the morning and then again in the evening for the same family. She paid me $50 more than I was owed.

So this single mother needed help with her 9 year old daughter. The mom needed help on saturdays when she had classes to take and some date nights or girls nights out.

~took zoey to the vet for her free check up and rabies shot
~took zoey to petsmart to get ferret supplies for my mom
~fixed part of our decaying fence (getting a new one soon!)
~washed the lounge chair cushions
~ "scraped" the dog poop pen (took shovel and cleaned out all, leaves, old pine straw, sticks and poop)

how freaky....zoey's previous owners live in my neighborhood!!!


update: the parents got a divorce and the woman kept her but had to go back to work and didn't think it was fair for her to be kept inside all day. We are able to take her for a walk in the morning and night and i am at least 3 days a week
