I had a really fantastic trip touring Florida last week. The week before, on Thursday, my partner @Vinceka was looking at the long-range weather and saw the dreaded s-word in the forecast for last week in Atlanta. Saturday afternoon we were loaded up and headed to Florida.
I grew up in Pennsylvania. I absolutely hate snow. I hate being cold. So, we moved to Atlanta. We ultimately want to live in South Florida, somewhere between St. Lucie and Key West along the Atlantic coast. But, we wanted to tour some areas of Florida that we haven't been to, in case, for example we absolutely fell in love with Tampa. Vince has been to Tampa a bunch of times, but I never have.
So, Saturday morning we got up, packed a cooler, and headed south. We couldn't check in to our AirBnB until after 5, so we weren't in any hurry. About noon, we pulled off someplace around Ocala and Vince said he was heading to a place to eat our picnic lunch. Little did I know he had a whole afternoon planned.
We pulled off at Silver Spring state park, had an amazing picnic lunch, and then went on a glass bottom boat tour of the springs.
On the glass bottom boat tour we saw tons of amazing wildlife, manatees, otters, fish, birds, alligators, it was amazing! That was the first time I've ever seen a wild manatee, and I literally squeed with excitement. Such amazing animals!
After our lunch stop, we drove to Tampa, and headed to our first AirBnB. Once checked in, we cruised down to Ybor City for a night of drunken debauchery and merriment.
We hopped our way up and down the strip at Ybor, before ducking into Gaspar's Grotto, a famous pirate themed restaurant and bar. There were 2 for 1 beers. I had many.
10 beers later, I decided I needed a selfie with the pirate wench standing in the doorway.
Apparently though, getting my tits out to pose with her was not something the bar was into. So we headed back to our AirBnB.
The next day we shot a really beautiful set for my OnlyFans. If you're not following me there, I have a FREE OnlyFans that shows all the stuff we USED to be able to post on Instagram, but can't anymore. I also have a paid OnlyFans for all the nakedness. It's only $6.50/mo to join me there, but if that's not your thing I'd love to have you follow my free one. I think you'll find it worthwhile :)
That set came out REALLY well, despite having a RAGING hangover. Man, it was BAD. I could barely move, but hopefully you can't tell.
We spent 2 nights in that AirBnB, just a couple of minutes from Ybor. I wasn't much for drinking though, so we just had a regular dinner that night, and called it an early night. Monday and Tuesday I had back-to-back-to-back meetings for my day job, so I worked a lot during that time. I'm blessed to have a job that is 100% remote, my company has close to 100 employees, but they don't even have an office. We're all remote and I absolutely LOVE it. But, sometimes work has to be a priority, even when I'm dying to get out to the beach and soak up some sun.
Wednesday we moved to a different AirBnB, and shot another set of photos. We also did a live stream on OnlyFans of that shoot, which was SO much better than Instagram. Typically, we shoot for 5 or 10 minutes, and then the lingerie comes off and I have to turn off the live stream. But on OnlyFans, I was able to stream the whole shoot! It was fantastic.
There was a lot of great interaction with the followers, and we made some really beautiful images there.
The whole time I was in Tampa I never actually made it to the beach. One of the reasons we were checking the city out was to see if we felt like Tampa beaches could "hold us over' for mid-week visits, and allow us to drive over to the Atlantic side for weekends. It turns out, the beaches in Tampa proper are pretty terrible. There are some good ones north and well south of the city, but those will have to wait for subsequent visits. This time we were just checking out the city itself.
I did make it out to Ben Davis beach one evening.
It was about sixty-five degrees and the water was in the upper 60's when we got there around midnight, but there were a couple of crazy canadians out playing in the water. I mean seriously Canada, how do you people not die?
Thursday the weather in Tampa was supposed to be crap, so we headed further south. We stopped for the day at a little town in central Florida and I worked from an outdoor cafe on main street. It was one of the greatest working days of my life, sitting outside under the warm sun in February and not being cold. Have I mentioned how much I hate being cold?
This isn't really a great photo, but it's the only one I have from that little whistle-stop town in Central Florida.
Finally, we were in Miami, and the real living could begin. There are a million things I love about Miami, but this was a working trip so I didn't have a lot of time, and I couldn't really go out partying since I had a really busy week in the day job.
I did manage to get some bikini time in.
Finally, it was Saturday and we had to leave and start the trip home. We originally planned to drive all the way home Saturday, but Facebook told me it was snowing in Atlanta and we absolutely didn't want any part of that. We heard about a new nude beach that was just approved to be officially legal in September up by Port St. Lucie, so we headed up the coast and stopped off at the nude beach for a few hours.
Blind Creek Beach was absolutely beautiful. I have been to Haulover probably a thousand times, and Gunnison Beach in New Jersey probably another two hundred times. And Blind Creek fits right in. Every nude beach has its own vibe, and its own personality.
Gunnison is a PARTY beach. It's a federal park there, so there is no prohibition on Alcohol, and people are there to get their drink on. When you lay out at Gunnison, people stop by, chat, invite you to their camp, provide drinks, and are generally awesome. And it's PACKED. Gunnison is only right across the bay from New York City, and there are literally thousands of people there. I've been on summer days when it was literally wall-to-wall people. Such an amazing time.
Haulover, on the other hand, is much more low-key. It's still packed, but you do find families there, and a lot of gay men. I've seen more cock rings on Haulover beach than in any sex shop i've ever been in. Apparently it's a thing to have a cock-ring tan.
Blind Creek is still pretty new, and while it was almost 80 degrees, it was February. It was pretty much just me and a bunch of Canadians. But the sun was hot, the beach slope was perfect, and the dune blocked the worst of the wind. All in all, Blind Creek may become my new go-to nude beach. Gunnison will always hold a special place in my heart for a lot of reasons. And Haulover is literally one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The white sand, the surf, and being right between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami is amazing. Nothing better than spending a day naked in the sun and then hitting South Beach for drinks.
Finally, we left Blind Creek and headed up to Jacksonville for the night. I found a super cute AirBnB, we checked in and headed downtown for dinner. We ended up at a small plate/tapas fusion restaurant and had an absolutely amazing meal
Finally, after way too many beers and a whole lot of walking around, we headed back to the AirBnB and I jumped in the shower. It was a tiny little place, with a tiny little shower, but it had an overhead rainshower head, and a single down-light in the shower that made for some really cool photos.
The next morning we got up and headed back home. It was such an amazing, energizing trip! And all planned at the very last minute. To top it all off, it's only 4 weeks until I'm back in Miami and I CANNOT wait! I'm so excited for the time when we can move there and live like this all the time. I am a tropical girl and I need to live a bikini forward lifestyle.
