I got my nose pierced today! I was really not feeling 100% sure about the tattoo I was looking at so I cancelled my appointment at Ace. I wanted to do something and getting a new hole in my body seemed to do the trick (trying to think of a dirty joke for that aren't you). I decided to go to SADU to ask questions about some piercings I was having trouble with and to look into the nostril piercing thing. Once I saw how tiny the studs were, I was all for it. Now I have a little sparkly spot on my nose! I still like the lip piercing better but I don't think that would go over so well at work. Another chick at work already has a nose piercing so they cannot say anything to me about this one.
It was by far the most painful and drawn out piercing I have ever had. My eyes watered and I had to wait a second while the lady piercer put the jewelry in. I highly recommend SADU on Central Ave for body piercings. The owner was great and I enjoyed talking with her throughout the whole process. She knows her stuff and the place is very clean. She was careful with the sterilization and sanitizing of everything.
I am wondering how nasty the inside part of the jewelry will get with my boogies and stuff. Guess I will find out tomorrow!

This is from a pop song but the lyrics fit me:
Promiscuous Boy
I'm calling your name
But you're driving me crazy
The way you're making me wait
Promiscuous Girl
You're teasing me
You know what I want
And I got what you need
It's okay. It's alright.
I got something that you gon' like.

These cheesy lyrics are perfect for me because I am crushing on a guy at work. I happened to dance with him to the song on Friday night, too. I think he has a thing for me too but the whole dipping the pen into the company ink is standing in the way. Let's face it, if he actually did want to date or anything, I would run for the hills because the idea of being in a relationship scares the hell out of me right now. I probably only want him because I can't have him.
How many people think it is true that you will always want what you can't have?
