good god what a day it's been!

josh and i found a new place to move in and it's GREAT!!!

it's a condo, actually, but there're more than old people who live there. i mean, it's a college town. it has:
A) a garage
B) a HUGE screened-in balcony
C) a HUGE deck
D) it's own washer and dryer
E) plush carpeting (instead of that flat apartment carpeting crap)
AND it's about a ten-minute bike ride to campus, if that. oh and no cat deposit or pet fee so that's a relief. the place f'in rocks. i get to move in in september and i can't wait another minute! especially after killing two spiders and a huge ass cricket tonight.

nooowww.....does anyone have any advice regarding getting out of our lease at our current place? we reeeally need the deposit back. our landlord never ended up getting an exterminator for the place no matter how many times we asked, and we are going to leave the place better than we found it. so technically, SHE'S in the wrong, not us. do you think it's possible to break our lease and still get our deposit back? we have to call her tomorrow, and i have to say, i'm nervous as hell. so if anyone has any advice, i sure could use it.
