My best friend (now be prepared, this is really dorky) is my boy Nick. Just because he knows me so very well, he knows whem i'm grumpy or giddy and how to be gentle or goofy with me as needed. And he's the best thing EVER. (i say that a lot, but when i say it about Nick, it is absolutely true)

And then I have my best girl-friends here at school, and new ones that i am meeting, and I need them to keep my sanity (boys are great, but girls have a deep understanding of each other!)

And when i don't have those friends, i have books.
