1.Would it be possible to apply a different value to money in a state? Such as pinning the gold standard to the dollar again but say, for example, only in California? How would we go about this?
2.I'm also wondering how hard it would be to actually implement the laws here in California that separate the Church from the State. How would one go about enforcing such a law?
3.How would one go about denying Federal Income Tax from being applied in their state?
4.How dependent is California on Federal Funds?
All these questions I feel I must answer if only for my own curiousity.....
